Assembly of chair
Your ad stated some assembly, but it was very difficult. The 1st bolts were hard to line up, then the 1st screws needed a #2 square drive bit, requiring us to go buy that. It would be nice if you included that with parts. Also, in the part that came pre-assembled, the tip of 1 screw was sticking out, a safety worry.
